If at any time you are not satisfied with the quality of the Goods you have purchased, you may call the Logic Gear Customer Service on (03) 9318 6899 and a representative will assess your request for a credit or refund of the purchase price.
This is the process to follow for returning faulty or defective products that you have purchased through Logic Gear Online or through an authorised Logic Gear reseller. You may have additional rights under the Trade Practices Act 1974 or similar legislation, and this process in no way limits your rights under those laws.
Returns will only be accepted for faulty or defective goods or any other non-excludable obligations of Logic Gear set out in the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwth) or similar State or Territory legislation
Once authorised by our representative, the products should be returned to:

- Authorised returns must be freight prepaid.
Products must be returned with original proof of purchase.
Products must be returned with original packaging and all the components that they came with.Subject to the Trade Practices Act 1974 and all other applicable laws, Logic Gear is entitled to refund or replace the product(s) that you return as Logic Gear believes appropriate in the circumstances.
Logic Gear is not required to process a refund or replacement until we receive the product in question from you.

1.If you purchased through Logic Gear Online and a credit for the return product is approved by your Logic Gear Customer Service Officer, your refund will be credited to the credit card through which the original purchase was made.
2. If you purchased through a Logic Gear reseller and are deemed eligible for a refund, Logic Gear will forward a cheque to the value of your purchase on receipt of the product in question and proof of purchase ie your invoice.
