Maps - Purchase online - SL350F no PIN - 2.5D
The new Sensis WhereIs V15 map is now online - but if you have an SL350F without security PIN we can only supply it on an SD CARD.
Apologies - but our Hungarian-based software developers have changed the program so the onboard map updater won't work.
If you're happy to run your new Australian map from the SD card (and it will work perfectly well) - you just need to change the path so your SL350F reads from the SD card slot - not the main menu where your old Aussie map is.
These are the samesteps as you use for running overseas maps
1. Plug in your new SD card
2. Turn your SL350F on
3. Tap SETTINGS / APPLICATION / MAGNIFYING GLASS
4. Double tap STORAGE CARD
5. Double tap the logicgearnavigation folder to open
6. Scroll down to find the logicgearnavigation.exe file (has picture of the glove with circles) and double tap to put into gear
7. Use the Back arrow to go back to the main menu and tap GPS - and you're into your new maps.
We are very happy to offer you a free operating software upgrade if you want your maps in onboard storage (and this will give you a new security PIN as well) - but to do this, you'll have to send your unit back to Logic Gear - and please include a reply-paid envelope. Unfortunately we can't offer an online download solution for the problem due to software security concerns.
