I've turned my SL350D on - and all I see is a blank screen with a little black cross in the middle. What do I do?

Firstly - don't panic - it's easily fixed and there's nothing wrong with your SL350D.

Your screen just needs recalibration to align it with the electronics beneath - it probably gone out of alignment by about 1/1000th millimetre during transit from the factory. It can happen with any Touch Screen PDA.

Using your stylus or your finger

• press gently on the +  showing in the centre of the screen until it jumps to a corner.
• Keep pressing the  +  as it moves around the screen until you see the message OK'.
• Press OK and you will go straight back to the System Screen - and then use the white arrow in the top left corner to return to the Main Menu.
