Help!! My SL350F turns itself off after a few minutes while I'm driving down the highway


Check your Settings and adjust the time periods under Power and Back Light. The default is normally set for 10 minutes

In the Main Front Menu (not in GPS) tap on Settings / Power and select the time after which you want the unit to switch to Standby and so save your battery (ranges from after 10 minutes to never)

Again in the Main Menu, tap on Settings/Back Light and select how long before you want the Back Light to automatically go off
