Charging your SL350

We recommend you use the AC home charger to fully charge your Logic Gear SL350 GPS before you use it to ensure maximum battery life.

When your GPS is fully charged the RED light will go OUT - not change to Green.

You cannot use the USB cable to charge your SL350 - the USB cable is only for downloading new maps, music, videos etc from your PC - and we recommend you use the Card Reader in your own PC instead - it's a lot easier. If you must use the USB cable, you will need to load the GPS drivers (on the CD and available at ftp://user:modidio@121.15.245.205) plus Microsoft Activsync, and follow Microsoft's instructions for using the program

You can safely charge your SL350 while driving - in fact we recommend it, particularly on long trips. There's nothing more annoying than losing navigation in that last critical kilometre.

Your GPS car charger is suitable for both 12 v and 24 v systems - so you can safely use it in both cars and trucks or busses.
