Your SL350 & XL488 series packs includes a cradle, both home (AC) and 12v/24v car charger, User Manual, USB cable and a CD containing a copy of the User Manual,  FAQs and Troubleshooting, and the Microsoft Active Sync software (in case you want to use the USB cable to load files from your PC - though it's a lot easier to use your PC's  Card Reader) plus the Drivers.  If you need a card reader for recording your own MP3 music etc (if your PC doesn't have one onboard) click on Card Reader and you can buy one online right now.
